My plan for this leg of my 2023 Western Trip was to travel over to the Wapiti (Shoshone National Forest) Campground in Wyoming which is located between Cody and the East Entrance to Yellowstone National Park.  The campground is located right along US-14 & US-16 and I spent four nights in this campground which gave me three complete days for the rides. 

I had three different motorcycle rides planned from this home base location.  Two routes I definitely wanted to ride on was the Chief Joseph Hwy and the Beartooth Hwy in Montana.  I traveled thru the town of Cody numerous times.  It was a great town with many amenities.
