A 1982 Blue Ridge
Parkway Trip
Updated November 2010 with larger images.
The Blue Ridge Parkway is a great ride and is the destination
of many motorcyclists. If you have not ridden any length of it, I
would recommend it.
This trip started in Seaman, Ohio (located south of Hillsboro)
in early October 1982. The principal route was east across US 50 into
Virginia to jump on the Blue Ridge Parkway at it's beginning after cruising thru
the Shenandoah National Park. We ventured
the entire length of the parkway ending up in Gatlinburg, TN. From
there we headed back towards Ohio.
